Cato Networks is the converged network and security cloud for the AI era. As AI reshapes cybersecurity, enterprises face a dual challenge: unlocking AI’s potential while defending against AI-driven attacks. Cato addresses both through a unified, cloud-native platform, providing the visibility and context to prioritize risks and stop threats in real time across users, applications, data, and AI agents. Join us as we scale: take on ambitious technological challenges and shape the next generation of enterprise security at a company trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide. About the Role Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. Cato’s unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named “SASE” by Gartner and a market expected to reach $28.5 billion by 2028. This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don’t miss it! We are looking for an experienced IT System Engineer to join our global IT team. Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Systems Engineering, IT Infrastructure, or Cloud Infrastructure. • Strong experience with AWS and enterprise cloud environments. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, IAM, SSO, and identity federation. • Strong scripting and automation skills using Python and/or PowerShell. • Strong practical experience using AI tools to accelerate scripting, troubleshooting, research, documentation, and IT automation, with an understanding of how to validate AI-generated output and use it securely. • Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, routing, VPNs, and firewalls. • Strong hands-on experience with MDM and endpoint management, including both Kandji and Microsoft Intune. • Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi. • Experience with APIs and automation tools; Terraform experience is an advantage. • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently own complex technical issues. • Self-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment. Personal Attributes - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Self-starter with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. - Adaptable and thrives in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment. - Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently under pressure.
